Try digestive enzymes with you meals, it sped up my weightloss. and upping my water and calories helped too

What are digestive enzymes ?

You can find them at costco or health food stores or even grocery stores in the vitamins. They are the enzymes that help you stomach properly use food and my clinic swears by them for weightloss. You take them when you eat.

I bought my digestive enzymes at costco.
