Give us more detail... what kind of sick? Where are you in the program, what's your favorite color, that kind of thing.

I am feeling sick as well. I had my sleeve done on Wednesday. I have sharp gas pains in my shoulders and stomach. The pains literally have me in tears! The doctor says walking gets rid of it so I walked every 2 hours. I just came home from the hospital an hour ago, and it's still there! I am on Vicodin too, but it doesn't seem to help :*(

@art

Im 3 days post op

I feel full all the time ... its just hard

My favorite color is green

I feel full too! Every sip of water or protein is like a rock hitting my stomach. Ugh. It's definitely a struggle...I hear ya!

Hang in there! It does get better each week. First two weeks were the worse for me. I was sleeved on July 8th and each week has been better.

For the gas pains you may also try a heating pad under your back -- laying on your side , and walking . It totally sucks - the worst part of this whole surgery if you ask me. I also found standing up to eat helped me not trap even more gas . Try gas x strips - go on your tongue

I just bought some gas x strips, and the heating pad definitely helped ease the pain. Thanks :)

I found out my sleeve is about the size of my pinky finger. No wonder it feels like everything is stuck in my throat.

I am drinking Powerade zero, g2 diluted, crystal light, broth, SF Jello and SF Popsicles and Water.
