Just chew, chew, chew before you swallow them and you should be fine. I have been taking mine since three days postop per Dr's instructions.

Yup, mine told me the same thing! Says the gummies don't hve as many Vitamins in them.

I have used gummy Vitamins since my surgery and haven't had any problems. I think that Wink is probably right because I have noticed that they aren't quite a complete Multivitamin but I bought a bunch and will use them up then start on the regular ones.
