We found them at Sams in both chocolate and vanilla and they are 11oz and come premixed 12 to a case. It does not take me too long to drink. I personally love the chocolate and my husband loves vanilla.

Hi guys. I was sleeved on July 29th. I am still sore but getting in protein and fluids in more and more each day. I really haven't been able to get out of the house yet. I have next week off so I am hoping I start to feel better soon. My abdomen is very sore and it hurts to get around. I don't know if Its because I had my gallbladder removed as well?

Good luck to us all!

Has anyone weighed themselves yet?

I am down 11 pounds! ;)

I was sleeved the 31st and have gotten around and think if I HAD to I could work but my abdomen is still very sore. I have trouble getting up and down. I also was told to not weigh myself until my first post-op appt so I have no idea. My scale proved to be highly "off" anyways when I weighed on it on PAT day at 423 and at their office at 411. So I am in the dark for another like 10 days. Meh!!!

I was sleeved 7/31 and I am at work today, I feel very good still sore but luckily I have a job where I can sit and stand when I need to, I look like I lost weigh but was told to wait a few weeks before weighing since that's when u will really be able to see the weight loss.

Hi all I too was sleeve 7/31 I don't have any pain not even sore I took a month off work to recover. My only dilemma is getting in my liquids as of now I started drinking a GNC protein shake with 25 grams of protein in at 815 it's 1040 I still have about 4 oz to go I'm forcing my self to drink. I have yet to have a bowel movement but I feel it coming I am so stuff. Yes I have lost weight I can tell the way my pajamas are fitting. My day of surgery weight was 235 highest weight 241. I started my vitamins yesterday i am determine to get my fluids in.

My surgeon and the hospital said if my temp ever hits 101 to call. That's my advice!

Congradz! Yes I'm always shrinking and excited for that. Craving food like steak :( you having any strange cravings? I know im far far away from having that with all the food stages. I bet our tummies feel tight or something because of swelling? I really just feel sore type pains now
