I had VSG 7/8/13 my pre 2 week was 348 I got down to 311 by 3 weeks post op then blam 4th week and I gain 4 lbs to 315. Has anyone had this happen? What should I do to get the weight loss going again?

It is nice to know that I am not in the boat alone, I was getting worried. We will all just ride this out and together; fat will not take our ship down. :-):-)

I found them on luckyvitamin.com, they cost under $30 for 90 days supply. I also bought a high potency stress b complex hoping to slow down or stop the hair loss when it starts.

I am so glad to hear that! I felt like a failure and now I know its just my stubborn body not wanting to give up the "fat". So I will look at this like I am a hostage negotiator and it is just a matter of time before my body relinquishes and gives up to a slimmer ME!:-)

Thanks I will try not to sress out too much then. I know I did not gain over night, but its amazing how you want it to fall off overnight.:-) I will be more patient and stick to my protein.

I found a multi vitamin by NOW that is very high in %s that are liquid capsules and so far they have not bothered me. I take one in the morning with my protein drink and one begore I go to bed.

We found them at Sams in both chocolate and vanilla and they are 11oz and come premixed 12 to a case. It does not take me too long to drink. I personally love the chocolate and my husband loves vanilla.

I drink 2 premier protein drinks a day with 30 grams of protein each.

I have a question, I had VSG on 7/8/13, initially loosing 38 lbs since 2 week pre op diet till week 3 post op then on week four I put on 4 lbs and they will not come off. I get about 70-90 protein and around 600-800 calories. What am I doing wrong? I am disgusted and upset, going through thoughts of why did I even have the surgery. I know having VSG was the right thing to do since I was at 348 but know I am having difficulty with this. Can anyone help me get a better understanding of how this happened.
