  1. I had three surgeries with Doctor veninga.. I reccomend him without a doubt
  2. I had surgery July 31
  3. Can anyone else eat bread? Pasta? Anything? I can eat almost a whole hamburger...no joke..I can eat things like a breakfast burrito. Maybe it's because I was a Lapband patient before, and I haven't been able to consume many things in seven years...I'm in disbelief though. Feel like I did not have surgery and as if I took a step backwards or something. I know this is mind over matter or whatever but I cant express how I feel like I'm going backwards.
  4. Im 9 Weeks out and just recently have started to sleep on my side..it takes time
  5. My worst pain was on the left. It's normal and goes away but after Weeks!
  6. You are not alone! Im a revision too and am so tired of people asking me how much I have lost. (not that much) I dont count anyhow..and im not perfect..but yes I can relate to the slow loss:) I still have 45 pounds to loose =/
  7. So I go for followups at my doctors office and im loosing about a pound a week. We are given a calorie equation and if the foods you eat arent under a certain amount they are considered "bad foods" I have calculated all sorts of nuts and they calculate as "unhealthy" I guess due to fat content? Does anyone else eat nuts? What kinds? This.is fairly sad to me since nuts have been a staple for me...and keep me full a little till I can reach actual food
  8. Im going to ask the doctor this week...ill try and remember to post back
  9. No just regular frozen fruit bars at Kroger. 25 calories each but they worry me some...I can two quickly. The sugar free popsicles, I get tired of eating...quick. Maybe that's the issue, I'm afraid of enjoying and that it may be a trigger food. I've had lots of stress in my life the past two Weeks and I think I'm using food as comfort.
  10. I want to know if anyone eats the frozen fruit bars they sell at the grocery store. That say "real fruit, no sugar added" This weekend I purchased a box and they make me way to happy. Anyone else eat these?!?
