Yes. i have a timer on my smartphone that goes off every two hours. Here's a typical day for me

First meal: Protein shake made with PB2, usually on the way to work

Morning snack: 1/2 cup egg salad

Lunch: 1/2 cup chicken salad

Afternoon snack: could be Jerky, Ostrim, a Protein Bar, or a Syntrax shake

Dinner: usually leftovers from last night's restaurant trip

After dinner snack: don't usually have this, but when I do I try to keep it light such as another sytrax nectar.

How do you fit your Water into this schedule?

I will snack on some cubed cheese, nuts, beef jerky, hard boiled egg, piece of lunch meat, sf popsicles etc. It doesn't take but a little bit to satisfy me.

How do you fit your Water into this schedule?

I confess I'm not great with water and I could be better. It's not for lack of ability, I can down a Protein shake in about 10 minutes and have no issue with water either. I'm finding I'm better at water when I'm at the gym and trying to keep myself hydrated. I bring a 32oz water bottle to the gym and it's usually empty when I leave an hour later.

Do u use mayo with ur chicken and egg salad??

A combo of lite mayo (1 part) and fat-free yogurt (2 parts) - it's quite yummy!

Glad to help! :D

Don where is your support group in Dallas? I live in Dallas

Don where is your support group in Dallas? I live in Dallas

I currently go to two regularly, could be three depending on how the one tomorrow goes!

Here is a list I posted of all the ones in the DFW area: http://www.verticals...rt-groups-list/

I go to the one at Methodist Hospital (corner of Beckley and Colorado), the one run by Kevin Levin (THINspiration) in Plano, and looking at After the Cut which meets tomorrow morning. I've been invited by friends to several other ones in Plano which I'm considering (one of those friends goes to four different groups regularly every month :o).

Are their any other examples of stuff you eat you could share? I would explain why..but it would be like a life story for Me and I always come back to reading your meal examples here. Im 7Weeks out,38bougie starting to be able to eat alot more:( and doctor said since im eating larger quantities that I might not need Protein shakes anymore..that they could just be extra calories..im loosing a pound a week..i think they want me to loose more

I try to keep it to 3 meals a day, and not snack. I don't do any Protein shakes, but use milk w/ Fiber and Vitamins as my in between.

Today's example

Boiled egg

Sm pumpkin muffin (homemade, but not sugar free)

Mid-morning 1/2% milk w/fiber (I mix skim and a dash of 2% organic together)

Late lunch (1-2ish)

salad w/meat

dinner (5-6ish)

1/2 pork chop

Green Beans

Milk (same as above)

If I need a snack, I work in a yogurt, string cheese, cottage cheese or a small handful of nuts w/ a fruit.

I average 1000 calories, 63-78g protein and 80oz fluid/day.

A few months out and a little better capacity than others, I think.
