tilapia is recommended by my plan, of course it has to be pureed! I think I might puree it with some chicken stock and sriraca sauce.

Everyone's diet is different...for me I was week 1&2 shakes, week 3 was yogurt, cottage cheese, canned veggies and eggs, week 4 I was able to add in fish

I had fish, yeah. Also chicken. And I loved loved loved pureed thick soups.

My diet is shakes first 2 weeks.Week 3 soft foods cottage cheese, flaky fish ....nothing that needs to be cut with a knife. Didn't require puree.

Thank u everyone

I think I'm doing something wrong. I'm only at day 10 and I'm comfortably able to eat cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, and crab meat. I was craving Water right after my surgery and have never had a problem meeting my Protein or liquid goals from day one.

any thoughts?

Any issues the past month? I noticed this thread was a bit old but I'm the same way. I jumped stages a couple days early and have had zero problems. I drink nice large mouthfuls of liquid with no problems. I'm eating with no problems. I don't think I'm eating more than the 4-6 ounces that I was told to eat but I'm not having issues with anything. I've actually ate a few bites of things I'm really not suppose to.

I think I'm in the same boat. I am day 13 and I.ate protien shake for bfast no snack then just under 4 oz turkey chili for lunch (wife mashed beans and meat well) . Applesauce and string cheese for snack and 4 oz chili for dinner. Prob a k cup mocha for just before bed. I have no problem with anything. But 4 oz is.my limit. I can feel it t no pain no problem. My wife says I'm outta line. Any thoughts?

Um why does she think that? Sounds fine to me.

I'm having a similar experience. I'm day 16 I eat for the most part ok. Eggs ...chop meat. Cooked soft veggies. But from what I'm reading here everyone's NUT is different. I stalled from day 7-14 but the scale is moving again.
