Im new here but have been researching alot about the VSG for a few mths. This forum has really helped me alot in making my decision. I've read the good, the bad, the ugly, but most importantly i've read the stories of success, inspiration, and overjoyment in your NEW selves My first appt with the Surgeon is Aug 15th. I know i know...Im the very beginning of my journey but im excited and glad to have found all of you!!

Welcome to the board! I joined at the same place u r in this journey.......u will b surprised how quickly those 4 months fly by.......monday is my last appointment b 4 submitting 2 the insurance.......and it seemed like it would take forever to get here....good luck!

Thank you all for the warm welcomes! I definetly plan to keep my journey posted. Although my first appt isnt until Aug 15th...I did start my medically supervised weight loss in march with my PCP. (like I said ive been researching alot, lol) hopefully that will speed things up for me once I see the surgeon.
