      Out of surgery and all went well so far!! I'm feeling pretty good just tired. Oh and thirsty. Lol. They won't give me anything until tomorrow. My doctor did find a hernia which he also repaired!! I

    I was sleeved on the 29th and still sitting here in the hospital.....surgery was a little more extensive than originally anticipated......but on the bright side I am down 10lbs.....

    Oh my goodness !!! It's horrible, horrible pain. I spoke my nutritionist last week and she said buy some Tums or Rolaids ... I have both and neither work.

    4 days post op, I went for a walk, yea the worse idea ever! Now I am really feeling it! But I am dropping weight so fast that Its scary! Highest weight: 260 Surgery weight: 247 Current weight: 238 Total loss: 22lbs in 3 weeks! That's two week liquid diet and 4 days post opt!

    My surgeon has me on Protonix for the next 30 days after surgery and I haven't had any reflux...even though I had it before the surgery. Hope you start feeling better!

    I went for a walk this morning too...hurt like hell and I slept for at least an hour after...I think I've been drinking too fast. I had surgery on the 28th.

    Just go to Walgreens and buy it. Omeprazole is over the counter...no rx needed.

    I am 17 post op and I still have pain when I walk but only if it's like at the grocery store. I lost a lot of weight quickly too. Starting-410 surgery-368 currently-338
