You look great! I'm really hating this new format though and having a helluva time finding the threads for August 2013 sleevers! Am I the only one? No it's awful!! I'm having such a hard time, I actually have been relying on Facebook because I'm not able to navigate as well on here :-(

Just have to share. I talked with my doc yesterday and asked about the premier protein shakes from Costco and he said they would be perfect. They are 30g protein, 3G sugar and fat. The best part is they taste like chocolate milk!!! That alone made my day, so I had to share for all those struggling with protein intake and nasty shakes. :-) wishing all of us the best!! <3 -

I'm wondering If anyone feels hunger...??? I was sleep 8/27 and I feel hungry. I thought it was just the gas at first, but it's not. :-( -

I had mine on the 27th and had a few bouts of depression already too... Hope that doesn't stick around too much! -
My doctor gave me omeprazole. I think it may be a higher dose than OTC...

Hey guys! I was just sleeved on 8/27, I was only on clear liquids in the hospital, but now I'm on full liquids for three weeks, smooth foods for two weeks and then soft foods for two weeks. Then I get real food :-) it is going to be a long time especially since I was on a two week shake diet only pre op. so anyway. I'm feeling pretty good, the gas really sucks and it hurts A LOT, but I'm sure it will be done soon too! Good luck all!

My doctors office said to take a SIP of water every two to three bites and then wait a half hour after to drink anything more. They said with the new stomach being so small and food will get stuck, the little bits of water will help. But that's not til soft foods and up. I'm still on liquids for three more weeks.

Lol everytime they woke me up i made them walk with me. They were quite surprise to see me up and moving.
