You'll do great Tina!!! When u see the scale moves you are instantly reminded why we did this!!! Your gonna do awesome!!!! Best descision I've ever made and I'm only a week out!!!

Hi all 6 days post-op and doing well - eating puréed food now and don't find it that bad , having yoghurt/weetbix/apple sauce for breakfast. Puréed chicken and a little tomatoe soup/ ham hock for lunch and SE for dinner. Water has become easier. Loving that I don't feel ravenous anymore and get full so easily takes 1/2 cup to fill me. No more pain meds - doing breathing exercise -my chest does feel tight though. Hope my update helps.

Good luck to all getting sleeved this week:)

Awesome! Keep updating us on your progress.

Tina glad to see your doing well. I also am on pureed foods. anything with a little mashed potatoes with a little gravey is good. This morning I had 2 slices of turkey chewed really well. Went down fine. Not sure if that's really pureed or not . I also took the no sugar cranberry and cut it with water. down almost 9 pds :) What about you tina?
