  8. I was also sleeping on my stomach before the op and now I hold a cushion in front of me when I sleep it really helps:)

  11. Hi all 6 days post-op and doing well - eating puréed food now and don't find it that bad , having yoghurt/weetbix/apple sauce for breakfast. Puréed chicken and a little tomatoe soup/ ham hock for lunch and SE for dinner. Water has become easier. Loving that I don't feel ravenous anymore and get full so easily takes 1/2 cup to fill me. No more pain meds - doing breathing exercise -my chest does feel tight though. Hope my update helps.

  17. I find it really interesting that the most hurtful comments about my weight have been made by the medical profession, as if they feel its their duty to shock you into losing it. Many have no empathy and I would love to put them in my shoes!
