August 19th also! SO ready!

I'm sure there are alot of August 19th'ers on here! My brain is exhausted from all of the see-sawing from unbridled excitement to parlyzing fear. lol. Best of luck to everybody!

I am not really not that nervous at this point. are you getting enough Protein? that could be why you don't have enough energy. I make my shakes coffee' date=' a tiny bit of almond milk unsweetened, protien powder and 2 cups of spinach. That is morning and lunch and I put ice in them and have half a shake at a time so I get to have something to drink 6 times a day. Evening I use 10 cal juice with the protein and spinach or decafe earl grey tea, almond milk and Protein Powder. They are low cal, delish and satisfying. I find for energy the splitting them in half and having some every two hours really help and gets me in the habit for after.[/quote']

Just so I can find this recipe.

I m not nervous, I was just want the 27 th to get here so I can start my new chapter

Started my clear liquids today for my surgery on Monday it's pretty hard and not fun and after drinking red crystal light it freaked me out a little lol

Good luck!!! I can't believe that Monday is almost here. It's surreal! My emotions are up & down. I'm ready to get it over with and start this new journey.

Thanks for being super motivational! How are you doing one week out?

I am doing amazing! I am down 28lbs total 10day preop diet and 6 days post op! I feel great! Still get tired after doing too much so I can last for about 5 hours and I'm ready for a nap. But I know that will pass :) stay positive! You'll do great!

Tina glad to see your doing well. I also am on pureed foods. anything with a little mashed potatoes with a little gravey is good. This morning I had 2 slices of turkey chewed really well. Went down fine. Not sure if that's really pureed or not . I also took the no sugar cranberry and cut it with water. down almost 9 pds :) What about you tina?

I'm doing well. My surgery is Wed. enjoying food until then. Keep in touch! Glad to hear you are well
