Finally in the 100s

  • Popular Post

Finally down to 195lbs down from 300 since feb 4th. I have not weighed this much since middle school in 2001 lol abs and v lines are slowly forming. Working out all the time. However I have a ton of loose skin and stretch marks seem worse. All well ..

You look fantastic - great job buddy!!

Bro, you look amazing! I am just 2 weeks post op, and I also started at 300 pounds. I hope in three months that I'm as super sexy as you! :)

Excellent job! Three weeks from tomorrow, I get sleeved (6/10). Today I'm about 345-350 lbs and I'm 6'4". I will be doing a two week liquid diet, so we'll see what my surgery weight is. I hope I get close to the results you did!

Awesome job. I am 4 months out and started at 360lbs. I am down to 255lbs. I already see the skin in my arms and in my thighs getting bad. I started using palmers cocoa butter everyday after I shower to try to head this off as much as I can. I am also at the gym every day or running. After my race in July thinking of start insanity workout. I was told you have to give your skin at least a year to shrink after a year what you have is what you have. We either have to deal with it or have surgery. I dont mind he arms if I can build muscle to fill it in. But my legs and stomach will be a different story. Good luck and keep it up.
