    Today I made my appointment to met with my surgeon. I hope he gives me the stamp of approval. Kaiser wants a 10% weight loss pre surgery. I havent met that goal. Jan. 15th is the day. The anticipation is driving me crazy

    A concern of mine is beung able to go back to work without limitation. A have hands job that requires standing, squatting, lifting and pushing sometimes.what is the recovery time to get back to normal activities?
