Help with vitamins

Hey folks. I'm one week post-op (and down 18 pounds!) and I can't seem to find the right calcium. My program (Johns Hopkins) wants me to take chewable calcium CITRATE. I can find it in pill form, and I can find chewable calcium CARBONATE and other molecules. Can anyone help??

Thanks

I couldnt find it either - I went to Walmart and got a pill crusher and crushed the calcium citrate - put all the crushed up in my mouth and took a drink. Worked great BUT before that I used the chewable Calcium + D caramel - Viactiv - the pharmacist said the only difference between that and calcium citrate is that the citrate has salt in it. so i alternate - i do the viactiv (since I had already bought those) in the morning and the citrate at night (crushed)

Search amazon, they have both the chewable and gummies.

Good luck and congrats on your great progress!
