Down 17 Pounds!

Ok so I have to admit I was really really discouraged at the slight stall I experienced this week. I didn't lose any weight all week!!! Grrr. In fact I gained 3.5 pounds when they pumped me full of IV fluids. But today I stepped on the scale and BAM down 3 pounds again. I guess all the walking and running around has paid off this week. I'm feeling so much better about myself and this surgery. So I decided I needed to go for a brisk walk. So I put on some new workout clothes I bought over a year ago and have never worn. And it fits!!! Plus my tummy has gone down quite a bit! While the scales aren't showing much progress. My body is. I just have to keep walking walking walking. Ill get there. So if any of you have been stalled or down this week stay strong you will get there. We are all in this together! Just take in all your fluids/protein and walk your worries away!!!

Thx so much for the compliment. Hopefully a lot hotter soon.

Wow, your current body looks like my goal body!! That is, you look great! I'm probably older than you and starting at a higher BMI (42/47) but I gotta say you look good! What was you start weight/surgery date?

Good luck to you!!!

Starting weight 208 current weight 190. I'm short and curvy so my weight distributes pretty well but I'm still very big for my height. It's just not as evident to others. I can't wait to get down to 135. I'm only 5'3".
