Gas or gall bladder?

Ok, Im 5 weeks out, down 36 lbs and started getting pains on my right side (where my liver is or at least should be) It is tender to the touch. Im also getting intermittent pains just beneath my rib cage on the left side, that become more intense with movement. Now I understand most of you are not licensed physicians but I would hate to spend the whole night in the ER for gas. I should also mention, I've taken enough GasX to kill a horse.

Thanks
