You can cross the boarder with an enhanced driver's license, as long as you're driving and not flying directly into Mexico... It's WAY cheaper and faster... If your self pay (as I was) you already have enough expenses on your plate!

You will!! I know there are a few exceptions and you read about a lot of struggles/concerns on here but if I can't screw this up, it's damn near fool proof!

I haven't been on here in FOREVER but I remember pre surgery living to see everyone's before and after photos so I though I'd share. I am just about 6 months out, and down about 60-65 pounds (depending on the day, time, etc) this really was one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's not always easy but it's easier than any crazy diet I've tried and failed at.

I have noticed by using the fight fall shampoo, I loose less in the shower.... I'm 5 months post and the hair loss is devastating. I also use the Topix powder stuff from Sally's and got a pixie cut. I would love to hear from some white girls that got weaves, how they looked, how long they lasted and how much they cost. These are desperate times!

I am just ending the third week of my week 3 stall and Im super frustrated. Thanks for the ray of hope. If it doesn't break soon, Im going to loose it.

I just got on here to post the same complaint. It's so frustrating! I didn't lose anything week 3, and I have been gaining and loosing the same 5lbs for the last 2 weeks! OVER IT!

Ok, Im 5 weeks out, down 36 lbs and started getting pains on my right side (where my liver is or at least should be) It is tender to the touch. Im also getting intermittent pains just beneath my rib cage on the left side, that become more intense with movement. Now I understand most of you are not licensed physicians but I would hate to spend the whole night in the ER for gas. I should also mention, I've taken enough GasX to kill a horse. Thanks

I had an allergic reaction once a few years ago, my face swelled up and I looked like Rocky Dennis from "Mask" never did figure out what it was from, do the docs think it was from your meds? How long we're you taking them before you swelled up?

I truly have been in your shoes and I decided to walk away and I can tell you with experience, if you have children, his lack of effort is your burden for life, married or not. So frustrating, Im sorry you are going through this and I don't have the answer, seems like they don't get it until its too late.... Look up "the walk away wife syndrome and have him read it" I wish you the best.

I just licked the powder off of about 4 Cool Ranch Doritos. These are dark times (hangs her head in shame).

They give you a package with all of your post op diet instructions, they also give you a report stating what they did, what you labs were...leak test results Etc... Everything except the diet instructions are in Spanish.... They also give you a little stuffed animal stomach. (Thought this was a bit weird but whatever, it's still a nice gesture.)

I was done on the 28th. I feel amazing! I've lost 24 lbs!!' I have so much energy I feel like Im cracked out! The only thing is the HEART BURN!!!!!!!! I could probably breath fire. And the restriction, it's hard to get all my fluids and protein in.
