I was drinking Snapple by them. My doctor didn't want me to have caffeine until 2 weeks out. I think there is a little caffeine in the half and half and the peach tea. Try it and see if you can tolera

Gatorade saved me from getting dehydrated. My nut said to try green tea.

Sent from my iPad using VST

Powerade zero grape not to overpowering and "mio" sweet tea.

I'm currently addicted to strawberry lemonade crystal light... SSOOOO good!

I love decaf tea-- all kinds. It goes down easy and keeps me warmed up.

Hot chocolate is also good (sugar free).

Popsicles help to get some fluids in.

I also like fat free milk (also good for protein).

Vitamin water.

I love Bigelows cranberry apple tea or othrr fruit teas. Sometimes warm tea goes down easier than plain, cold water. I use one tea bag in 2 cups water, sweetened with truvia. Some times I add about 1/4 cup of Doles orange, peach, mango juice for a little extra flavor. Also warms me up when I'm chilled.
