I'm eating alot of fish, yogurt...chicken. Drink plenty of fluids. It's been so hard to get used to new thing, occasionally I eat a bite of cookie or candy. Lol but I'm walking 2 miles daily, my stomach is pretty much shrunk back by itself I don't do any weights or toning as of now, I'm 24 yrs old so my skin is elastic still. :) thanks gals! I'm finally feeling good!!!!!!

Congrats you look great!

I have found that i don't care for chicken much at this phase.. where before i loved it.. i'm sure this will change.. so for now i've been getting protein from shrimp, turkey and yogurt.. ricotta cheese and string cheese.. that's about it.. liquids are sf or gatorade..

Wwow that's amazing Chika. Your stomach has decreased in size so much. IM one week post op - and lost 19 pounds as of this morning. I hope I loose more. What was your starting weight?

Fantastic cant wait !
