???

Sounds like an ice cube.

I still love these as a treat. The ones that I buy are 15 calories each and are fruit flavored. I never liked them before vsg but now I always keep them in the freezer. They are a perfect early evening treat.

I love these

I have a question. If we can have sugar free Popsicles, can we have sugar free/diet slurpees?

I have had sf slurpees if i stop at a 7-11 and they have a flavor i like :)

That's good to know! I loooove them and it would be nice to enjoy one once in a while!

Its a treat for me. I have only had a few, because i rarely go to 7-11, but the first few months it helped me feel a little bit "normal" to be able to stop at a convenience store and actually buy something for myself on my way to a class ;)

Slurpees and icees have a lot of air in them. May not be good for gas. :)

I love the s.f. popsicles too. It is part of your daily intake.

Sugar free popsicles were my savior in the beginning. I ate a bunch of them when I had trouble drinking fluids. I still like them but don't eat 4 at a time anymore. I figured it was no different than drinking crystal light. I'm glad to read my obsession with them wasn't unpopular.
