Cold all the time.

I'm freezing right now! I'm always cold wasn't a while ago.

I feel the same way. Can't seem to get warm. Wasn't like this before surgery. Guess the extra insulation helped!

I usually am. I don't know why but It's better than being hot and sweaty all the time. :P

I had that happen in the past when I lost a good chunk of weight. I've heard it called "extra insulation" as a joke, but um yup.. it definately changes things.

I read on another "cold" thread here on vst that grehlin has been linked to body temp regulation. Makes sense.

When I lost significant weight with the band I was constantly freezing, and I had a surgeon tell me that it happens when we drop a lot of weight because the body is trying to "slow down" and "conserve calories."

He never really explained it more than that, but I found this article a while back that says the same thing in different terms lol

I was at my sons baseball game tonight, jeans and hoodie, and I was shivering I was so cold. I told my wife I'm losing my winter weight.
