Happy that I am happy and I must appear friendlier or more approachable at 82 pounds down from 254. People are nicer, men are flirtier, kids at school are more open, and i like the positive attention

I had a very pleasant airplane flight yesterday, pulling some slack on the seatbelt instead of fighting for it to fit, and not having to worry about spilling over into the next seat - plenty of room!

This is happening to me too, mostly with people I have known before losing the weight. I just notice my classmates (I am graduating in May with a Respiratory Therapy degree) are more interested in me

Hello! I'm five months out and 72 lbs down. In my third stall currently and 32 lbs to doctor's goal weight. So to help with the impatience, I thought it would be nice to hear where folks are at in their post op journey and what changes have made you happy so far!
I was on a beach last weekend and climbed up a sandy incline with relatively little short breath. Amazing!
I can drive my car and my range of motion is great when I turn back to look for traffic.
I love wearing Old Navy stretch skinny jeans in colors never dared before!
What are yours?
