mints

Is it ok to have peppermints.I have some that basically dissolve in my mouth and they do have sugar in them. I am only 5 days post op and need some thing to help with the dryness in my mouth and the nasty taste from all the skin milk I have been drinking.

I used sugar free mints as well - made me feel like my breath was less funky.

Why don't your pics ever work?!

sugar free would be ideal but beware of sugar alcohol and that is what most sugar free candies are made from - that stuff gives me horrible tummy troubles. I would rather just have one or two regular.

I'm taking listerine strips. And sugar free vitamin C drops.

As an alternative, I love the Edys no sugar added popsicles,
