Today went to my doctors app. he said i have done a good job 88 pounds gone!!! im happy but i need work harder to loose 37 more,here some pics before and after.

yes i did at 3-4 mos...i was crying after each shower i take but it stop after taking all my Vitamins and Iron...doctor told iron is very important for regrow!! just dont worry too much about it,hot days are coming so the only thing u need is a pony tail

Thank you for the heads up! I'm buying vitamins and iron pills now. I start liquids tomorrow!
