  1. trust me the las episode was the worst pain i ever feel,and my husband told me this is it,with no insurance i have to get a loan with some friends (thanks God we have good friends) i paid the surgery cash,now i just worry about money

Well no news since my last post,still the same,not proud to tell u guys im not eating well im just eating junk and i know this is not ok start having issues with the gall bladder today went to doctor office and trying to schedule my surgery to remove it, bad been in a stall for more than 3 mos,but at the same time happy bc of my loss but i know i can do better, still have to loose 28 more! but here it my pic for my fist year!

  12. im having a really bad time i get too hungry its getting hard going back to basics...uuuggg!!!!so yesterday i have 1/2 cup cereal and milk for breakfast and them 7 hrs later of course i was really hungry so i ate 2 pizza slices at the time with some cucumber and jicama sticks 2 hrs later an other one and other 2 hrs later one more (pizza slice)i feel like im loosing control!! HELP!!!!

  14. ok,here i go...well since my last post on Jan 30 i only loose 7 more pounds, on that date i was 172 and today 165 with the numbers going in betwen 164-167 driving me crazy, its getting hard go back on track, i been eating too fast, too often and its not bc im hungry its just bc i want to,so here is my question did somebody have been trying the 5 days pouch test diet,and how successful it was?
  15. same my first and only choice was the band...at my first Dr.app Dr.Kim at colleyville tx told me: "i am not gonna do the band on you" i was like wtf!!! them he explain about all the risk and maintenance,i paid my self for my surgery so he ask me if i have enough money to pay all emergency visits to the hospital and my response was negative! them vsg comes to my best option he explain me all the procedure,next second i was sure vsg was for me,but at same time sad because i hasnt enough money!! so i have to work so hard to get it and trust me is the best choice i ever made "thanks Dr.Kim and his team for the help" now i am 71/2 months post op and i lost almost 90 pounds.

  17. dont watch TV...it make you feel hungry waching all those burgers comercials lol,really it was easier for me liquid pre op diet than liquid post op diet i think its just head hungry
  18. i was with Dr.Kim at colleyville officce but they just open an other one at Frisco or Plano im not sure had my suegery at Forest Park and for me he was the best and i love the hospital and all the ladies working there
