5 days pouch test!

ok,here i go...well since my last post on Jan 30 i only loose 7 more pounds, on that date i was 172 and today 165 with the numbers going in betwen 164-167 driving me crazy, its getting hard go back on track, i been eating too fast, too often and its not bc im hungry its just bc i want to,so here is my question did somebody have been trying the 5 days pouch test diet,and how successful it was?

After losing only 11 pounds in three months, I did my own version of the pouch test in February. I did liquids for three days and then eased back into eating. I lost 4 pounds and was happy with that. I got the flu the next week and lost another 4 pounds but I do not recommend getting the flu! :o

basically its going back to basics...its 2days of liquids,2days soft Protein and one day solid protein. u can find the diet at 5daypuchtest.com
