Calcium HELP- almost choked on it

Sorry this must have been asked a gaziilion times.. But i need Help! These Calcium horsepills are too big! I choke/gag everytime I drink them.

I saw calcium citrate with Vitamin D Petites- are they really small enough to swallow??? Do they have good taste? Anything else out there that is not too horrible?

The creamy chews sounds good, but are too expensive because Md said 1500mg/day total.

I never took anything and now i have cocktail of Vitamins ;( I'm really having a hard time with this.

Thanks!

I have the Citracal Petites and I would not call them petite. Here are some photos for reference. They are odd-shaped and quite thick.

They make chewables, also gummies in almost all the vitamins that we need to take. Check them out

My wife found me chocolate fudge chewables with 600mg calcium. taste awesome.

I can find calcium carbonate chewables but not calcium citrate that my NUT recommended. Plus, I am not a fan of all the carbs in gummies/chewables. I am still searching!

The calcium citrate in chewable form are almost impossible to find! You have to order them online at bariatric specialty sites.

It seems like all the gummies have sucrose/sucralose as the first ingredient. Anyone found one that's sugar-free?

Thanks! I'll investigate!

Which flavor do you like?

I like the chocolate and caramel.

Those ones are good! That's what they gave me in the hospital to take home!

I like the chocolate and caramel.

Thanks! I just ordered the caramel from Amazon. I have prime so it was free 2-day shipping, versus $8 shipping from Celebrate.

Cool. They are like a treat.
