Is This Normal?

I am 13 weeks out... I just ate 2 oz of salmon and 1/4 piece of wheat thin bread and I am stuffed.... Does that sound about right..... I sure fill up fast.....

  • Yep, I'm 11 weeks out and that's about all I can get in. One poached egg and half a slice if wheat toast is as much as I get down in one sitting. It's great!!!

    You really should try to avoid bread, pasta,and rice,they do tend to swell in your sleeve. Try and stick to good protein sources,meat,fish,eggs,yogurt,then veggies,but it really depends what your surg
