Is This Normal?

I am 13 weeks out... I just ate 2 oz of salmon and 1/4 piece of wheat thin bread and I am stuffed.... Does that sound about right..... I sure fill up fast.....

I'm preop..but based on my mothers experience and other posters yes..especially with the bread. Bread tends to paste up or swell in your stomach and fill u fast. Most ppl avoid bread, tortillas ect for quite some time after surgery. Many have problems with it long term.

You really should try to avoid bread, pasta,and rice,they do tend to swell in your sleeve. Try and stick to good protein sources,meat,fish,eggs,yogurt,then veggies,but it really depends what your surgeon has told you to do

Yep, I'm 11 weeks out and that's about all I can get in. One poached egg and half a slice if wheat toast is as much as I get down in one sitting. It's great!!!
