Hello my January 21st friends! Can you please tell me what a typical day of liquids, food and protein looks like for you? Quantities you are consuming and times of day. Thanks so much!

Today I had 2 11oz premier protien shakes, 2 16oz bottles of Water and 1 cup of strained cream of chichen Soup.. Oh yea and 2 sugerfree popsicles.

Hope this helps.

I am typically doing 1 protein shake in the AM either Muscle Milk or Lean Shake from GNC in chocolate or Vanilla. Then a cup of herbal tea or I sip on a 16oz bottle of water all day. A jello cup for snack. A can or really 1/2 can of soup either cream of chicken or butternut squash. Dinner is the rest of soup or a shake. Water, jello or sugar free Popsicle.

The last two days however I have tried soft food that really isn't sitting well and today I was craving lemon cookies and ate some. So so bad. But I'm still under my daily calories of 800 so not so bad...hopefully.

Hi I had surgery on jan 28 and still trying to get rid of gas in my back and can't get down but a little protein and sometime I throw it back up I sure hope this gets better I'm a little worried

I can eat whatever I want without any problems...that's the problem. :( I do feel full a lot faster than prior to surgery and I do stop eating before I feel full and only eat 3 times a day. But, obviously this is not working as I am not losing. Suggestions?

I totally understand. Everyone says it is a stall... And that the losing will pickup again. I'm trusting they are right because I am kind of frustrated!!! I can eat whatever I want too. I guess we are quick healers? So since I have been stalled for over 2 weeks I upped my Protein and started running... My body needs to know I'm not starving :)

today makes 4 weeks since jan.21st surgery. I had hoped to lose 10 % the first month, but I was 232 day of surgery and this morning I was at 216, down about 7% which was 16 pounds.

I'm down 19 lbs. I was stalled for 2 weeks after losing 18lbs. I started eating protein instead of drinking the shakes and started exercising. I also try to eat 1200 calories daily. The most i still get is 500 if that. That helped me to start losing again.

  • 1 month later...

I'm down 27# now! Had some stalls. Now I've gotten away Fri

Drinking water and eating right. Tomorrow I'm bk on track.
