I know it's hard but be patient, do your protein and drink, drink, drink your water!

Look at it as an average weekly loss, so you've lost an average of 4 lbs. a week, which is good. Anything over 2 lbs. a week is a good steady pace, so don't get too down on yourself. It'll come off. I stalled at between my 4th and 5th week so my loss wasn't what I was hoping either, but I've never lost this much and kept it off in the past, so I'm happy!

Your heading in the right direction, we didnt put the weight on over night and our bodies are gonna fight the change..stay strong keep doing what your doing and you will win! :)

Celebrate your weight loss! You are right on track! Some weeks you might lose more than others. Some weeks, maybe not at all. You are doing great. Add some weight bearing and strength training exercises, do some exercise video a couple times a week (all this is possible!) Adding strength training tones muscle and helps to burn more calories. Might as well tone up while losing. Eat your protein and veggies first before anything. Cut out sugar and white flour everything - it works! You are doing great. Slow and steady wins the race or something like that.

don't understand why I'm not loosing more. :(

like all my predecessors said ;) you are doing great, walking, eating right, -(patting your tummy at the same time too??)

you are losing perfectly :)

don't worry, don't be hard on yourself -

its true - we didn't go to sleep one night, all of a sudden "heavy", same respect to waking up one morning..and all of a sudden be thin- won't happen no way no how!!! :(

weight will continue to come off - you/we can hurry the weight loss process with your proper eating and exercise, but the truth is - the weight will come of when "it" is ready to

god grant me patience, just hurry up about it ;)

keep "up" the good work, while you watch your weight go "down" ;)

good luck
