Screw it. You folks convinced me.....a cheeseburger is ok to eat. Here is the one I made tonight. Complete with 2 stuffed jalapeños instead of french fries. Yum.

Sadly....no secret sauce.

That what I'm talking about. Do it at home and you can make a healthier, tastier version. Mmmm, BACON. Bacon wrapped shrimp is really good too!

You will laugh at me, but Eggface has a bunch of sauces that combine plain Greek yogurt with things. A sauce with garlic and oregano for a Greek burger maybe? Avocado with Greek yogurt? It adds even more protein and helps moisten the burger for those who have slight trouble with hamburger.

You can mix the yogurt with ketchup or chili sauce for that "secret sauce" look ;-)

A sarcasm specialist huh?? I like the sound of that!

Umm is this normal? I am only two weeks out and am thinking about my future portions. Do you feel okay when you eat? Are you able to eat everything you try?

Yeah can eat anything not so much bread cos i can feel it expand in my tummy i feel full really quickly but i feel fine when i eat but if i fill my lottle tummy i feel really tired kind of like if i ate a huge christmas dinner or something lol

I made an amazing recipe from her site using plain Greek yogurt to make fettuccine Alfredo on Thursday. It was delicious!

I've made some of her protein powder waffles and they were awesome.

I think I'm going to buy an ice cream maker, just so I can make her ice cream!
