Sometimes my kids get pissy about ground turkey I don't know why because it all we ever buy ( yet I still got fat) so I buy Liptons onion soup mix and an egg and add it to a pound of turkey. Worst part about it is mixing with your hands yuck! :P

I wear surgical gloves to mix ground meat for burgers or meatloaf...

Ok so all this talk of cheeseburgers has got me craving one. So tonights dinner is Jenny O turkey burgers, 200 cal, 16 grams of protein, 2% american cheese, 45 cal, 4 grams of protein, hamburger bun, 120 cal, 4 grams of protein. I can only eat 1/2 for a total of 183 cal, 12 grams of protein. Probably too many carbs but overall not bad.

This whole post was very entertaining!!! Thanks for all who contributed, I got some great laughs and learned some new recipes for making turkey burgers too!

Me too, and for cutting really hot chillies!

Chicken burgers with finely chopped onion and red/green peppers mixed in are delicious. I eat it with no bun and dip it in hummus or Greek taziki (sp) sauce.

I agree that this thread is a good read.

I had a cheeseburger tonight too!

Everyone on here seems to be a ****** when you're just trying to be real .. I bet half of you guys try to shove unhealthy food down your little sleeved stomachs and then come in here and put up a big front! ...however ,luckystar I am unable to answer your question..I was craving one not so long ago myself.. If u do indulge in a burger try a veggie burger ... If that doesn't cut it.. Make homemade thin sliders with lean meat and on a healthy bread.. Try trader joes or whole foods.. And I hope you enjoy it .. And let me know how it goes :) and when in doubt consult with your surgeon.. fudge these hypocritical haters on here

Why so bitter?

Somebody didn't read the whole thread...

We've all made up, it's all good.

Great member name. I'm not seeing it in the post. Probably really cute in person.

Why so bitter?

Because I felt bad for the person for being real and getting attack. Not fair. It's suppose to be a support forum not a put Down forum. And I didn't realize that after 28 pages of discussion everyone seemed to have made up. I apologize for not reading page by page of prepubescent bickering. For the comedian no as a matter of fact I'm not hungry. Perhaps u should stop worrying about me and go hop on an elliptical .. Since u seem to have time to talk crap about someone u don't know via a forum.. Pathetic .. And dean .. I am cute inside and out.. Like I said I was just fending for the person because every time I come on the app all I see is bullies lashing out on innocent people trying to inquire about foods and decisions.
