Can we have nyquill?!

I wanted if we can have liquid nyQuill??? I'm 4 weeks out and can eat easily...

I just got home this Friday from one of the most long, stressful, and scary times in my life... So far. :-)

I just graduated with my teaching degree in December got my surgery during winter break and picked up a teaching job in January. Needless to say... I need a good sleep.

Try taking a few melatonin. That's what I use and it works great. It's natural (like what's in milk or turkey) and isn't habit forming.

I checked and it is okay because it's a tylenol product. Here is the link if you prefer to look for yourself.
