  5. I had surgery December 4 with a starting weight of 239. I was a lap band revision and I have been at a stall for the last 3 weeks. Ugh it's seems as if the scale won't budge from 194. Should I try the 5 day pouch test and see if I can kick start my loss again? I know I shouldn't be discouraged because that's 45lbs gone forever but wow it is discouraging. Any suggestions? I average 60-80 grams of Protein a day and keep my carbs low and my calories around 600-800. Help Sent from my iPhone using VST
  6. I am gonna try upping my calories to see if it we break this 3 1/2 week stall I have been in. It doesn't seem like I am loosing like I should ugh. Surgery was December 4 SW 239 I am at 194 now.   20. Sleeved on 12/4 with a preop weight (no pre-op diet) of 239.9 and today I was 209. I had my lap band removed and the sleeve done. I had about a 1 week stall when I advanced to real food.
  21. I am just curious as to if this is normal. I was sleeved last tuesday so I am officially one week out and I have lost 20 lbs. I am estatic, however, is this normal lol.
  22. Hey Dana there is a thread that I have followed on here called Looking For Dec Sleevers Out There and its a really good group. I was sleeved last Tuesday and I have had a lot of support.
