Sounds like you are doing well. i am a slow loser too. down 44 pounds and 15 inches (at least) since december 26th. I keep reminding myself that slow and steady wins the race!

When I upped my calories from 500 to now at least 800-900 I started loosing weight. I wonder if its a metabolism thing, you need to find your optimal zone. Try different foods, mix it up a bit. Sent

I had surgery December 4 with a starting weight of 239. I was a lap band revision and I have been at a stall for the last 3 weeks. Ugh it's seems as if the scale won't budge from 194. Should I try the 5 day pouch test and see if I can kick start my loss again? I know I shouldn't be discouraged because that's 45lbs gone forever but wow it is discouraging. Any suggestions? I average 60-80 grams of Protein a day and keep my carbs low and my calories around 600-800. Help
