Since you're only on liquids, that seems fine to me. It's no sugar added so you're already cutting down on sugar and calories. Plus you might be able to get down what... 8 oz all day? By high calorie

No problem! I would avoid anything super sweet and frothy and full of cream like Starbucks. Confirm with them but I am guessing that's what they mean.

I was sleeved 12/19. On full liquids until 1/31. My liquids as in drinks are all supposed to be sugar free. I am also only allowed sugar free puddings and no fruit pcs yogurts. Lowest Greek preferred.

My dr has me on a full liquid diet for 3 weeks post op. My paperwork says I can have 100% fruit and vegetable juice but cautions to avoid high calorie liquids. I have some no sugar added cranberry juice that is 100% juice, but it has 110 calories and 28 carbs per 8 oz. Seems like that might be considered high calorie. What do you think?? Does anyone have a more precise definition on "high calorie liquids" from their NUT or dr?? Guess I'll be calling NUT tomorrow.
