I was sleeved 12/10/12. The past couple of days food has made me sick one "meal" each day. Lost 20 lbs since surgery and now slowly loosing at a rate of 1/4 lb per day. Can't wait to see more progress. Nervous about going back to teaching job on Wednesday. How is everyone else?

Lol i know huh!! I think it's a play on injury, on UNjury, as in you won't get injured cuz of the protein. The chicken i don't love lol

So we are all 4wks (29days) today. How's everyone doing?

Didn't lose anything last 9days but today was 2oz down lol. Hoping it starts up again. I'm down a total of 18lbs.

Down 17 total, haven't lost anything since 12/23 :-(.

Lost one pound last week...Im still really motivated....I'm going to try and figure out the protein....hate the supplements..but have been getting most of it through eating ....my doctor said at four weeks I shoud be up to at least 40 grams......So tmrw I will be working toward 50....But I feel amazing....

Down 15.5lbs. Lost exactly 1lb from last Monday to this Monday. I know this is normal and my doc is very pleased with my progress, so I'm not going to let the scale demons win this one. It looks like several of us are in the 15-18lb range.

I'm going to keep on keeping on, make a push to get in my protein/fluids, start weights now that I'm cleared, and follow my doc's guidelines to eat 6-8 times a day.

I have one more week of soft and then I start regular food. Curious how that's going to pan out!

Down 20 lbs since surgery and 62 lbs down from the beginning of my journey in July. Super excited to see how this all pans out... I feel like I'm a slow loser, but according to this post, it seems like I'm right on track with everyone else.

I should add that I am happy with my progress thus far even though the scale and me are not getting along right now.

I'm down 50 total since august, 17 of that since surgery.

I was sleeved dec 18 . Post op visit Jan 3 I'm down 27 pounds. Still in stg 1&2 as I am not able to tolerate anything else :(

I seen to be able to tolerate everything, except pam "fried"eggs, haven't had issues with anything else if i eat it slow enough

I am down about 33 lbs. My diet changed today to include regular foods as tolerated. My soft diet included chicken and tuna so I pushed that to turkey and well ground beef and even pork. So far I hadn't consumed anything that I wasn't already eating. I think my cravings for sodas has increased, however I am better tolerating being around normal folks while they are eating. I really wish I could go to the restroom (probably drop some weight if I weren't so stopped up). TMI? Hesitant to take something that isn't gentle. I don't know exactly how much protein and oz I am getting. I just eat low/no carb and highest protein I can. Doc probably wouldn't like that but I hate all shakes. I have yet to try unjury, but my package of it came today so we'll see.

I had a cup of coffee and that helped with being backed up ;-) i just Madge sure to drink am extra cup of water

I have been on a stall for over 2 weeks now. I have only lost 27 lbs and that was lost in the first week and a half. Thinking this isn't going to work

It's def going to work!! Make sure you're drinking your liquids and getting enough healthy proteins.

So frustrating not seeing the scale move for 2weeks. I know I know don't watch the scale, but its frustrating. I'm only down 18lbs and scale only fluctuates up 2lbs and them back down the 2lbs. I have 60-65 more lbs to loose.

I feel your pain. Scale hasn't moved for me since 12/23. I finally stopped weighing every day bc that was just getting frustrating. Last time I weighed was Saturday and today I'm down 4lbs! I have a lot more to lose than you do so I was hoping that it would come off a little faster. But when was the last time I lost 21.5lbs in a month? And 53.5lbs I a few months? Never! So i will take it. ;-)

Try to stay positive. Are you working out? I had a follow up apt yesterday and I think my Dr wanted better results too. He said I should be working out and that should accelerate the weight loss. Of course listen to your own dr and their plan! I wish us all stallers patience ;-)
