My doctor said you can carry a perfectly healthy baby after being sleeved it is just frowned upon. But it will not hurt me. I am 3 months post op

Does anyone have any suggestions on getting in proteins. I have tried all the shakes and really really don't.like them. I know there is a cereal now but i also cant stomach that. My hair is falling out bad because of not getting protein. I need help

I am 8 weeks post op. I had my surgery 12/10/12 nd have lost a total of 75 lbs. I was just curious to know how many calories i need to have a day. I have not been keeping count but i am starting a food journal so i need to know. Lol. Thanks in advance

I had my surgery 12/10/12. I was 351 when i started my journey. Today I am 295. I am beyond thrilled. I have lost 33 since the surgery date and I even had a 2 week stall.

I have been on a stall for over 2 weeks now. I have only lost 27 lbs and that was lost in the first week and a half. Thinking this isn't going to work -

I am 3 weeks post op and i have 20 month old 40 lb baby. I have been toting him around since i was 1 week post op. Had a check up yesterday and he said that is one reason i am still hurting so bad but gotta do it for the babies. I would say ask for help for about a month or 2 just to be on the safe side. You wont be able to do everything but.just let your body tell you
