Thanks to everyone that answer nicely and just explained. I very very rarely ever drink but was just curious to if anyone had done it. To those that were complete smart ellics you need to understand that you can get your point across without criticizing and trying to hurt someone. You don't have to.be an association to explain why.

Didn't know if it was ok to lose that much weight that quick

Hi i was just wondering how much weight everyone lost in the first few days. I have lost 20 lbs since surgery. I am 8 days post op. Didn't know if I was doing really good or was about average.

Just start again. It was a slip up just try to start over. I don't understand all of the smart remarks people leave. They know good and well that they have slipped at one point to. Just hold your head high and look forward to what it will be like when you reach your goal. Good luck

Hey everyone i was just wondering how much you lost in the week after surgery. I am 8 days post op and have lost 20 lbs. I didn't know if I was doing good or if I was about in the normal range. Lost 42 lbs all together so far

And to some others. I am not taking any medicine what so ever. I also didn't know there was a way to look things up. I am on my phone. Thanks for giving me advice and my doctor never said no alcohol. Thats why i am asking. I do not drink only havr maybe 2 times in my life. Thanks for the info though

Can you have a sip or 2 of alchol 1 week post op. Today is my 21 birthday and just wondering

I am only 4 days post op but i have learned already if i eat to much my chest hurts so bad that i can't breathe and have to lie down. You will eventually know how many bites or how much it will take. I also still have 1 oz cups and i fill it up and eat slowly. I am usually good by the time i finish it. Good luck

Hey everyone i am now 3 days post op. I am in a ton of pain. Can't move use the restroom or anything. Never thought this would hurt so much. All of my pain is the drain and gas pain. Hopin it will get better

Just an update. I wad hoping to go home today but i will not be. I very sick to the point of throwing up and have been in extreme pain with a migraine ever since.

Hey everyone surgery went good. Had a tiny bit of gas pain and abt 4 this morning the pain got horrible so got more meds to help me sleep. My surgery was scheduled for yesterday morning at 9 didn't get n surgery until 4 that afternoon. Thanks for allergy prayers

Still in waiting. Took me back at 9:35 and something went wrong with the bed so i have been in waiting for another 3 hrs

Today is the day. Scared and excited. I have to be at the hospital in45 minutes. Reality check. Ready for the surgery to be over. Asking for prayers from my sleeve buddies and praying for my fellow sleevers today

I am scheduled for tomorrow. Surgery is also supposed constant at 9:30 have to be there by 7:30

My son is 1 and it.is killing.me to worry about that. My surgery is also monday

The doctor never told me how much to lose

Ok to all of the female patients. I went on the protein diet 2 weeks ago and started aunt flo right in the middle of it. I was down 9 lbs yesterday morning and now I am back up those 9 right after aunt flo left. Scared to death they will cancel my surgery Monday because of it.

Thanks everyone and lol. She really didn't have to day anything about it. They have rescheduled my time 3 times. I told my husband if they keep it up I will be having surgery Sunday. Going in at 7:30 Monday morning. I am extremely excited

I am so excited. I am at the hospital now pre admitting for my surgery Monday. Excited and nervous at the same time.
