How to know when your pouch is full enough....

I dont know how to tell that I've eaten enough or if I haven't. I also have a thirst urge I have learned to drink slower because air bubbles HURT! I have a hard time with protein bcuz it makes me want to vomit. But I'm try I get about 15-30 but they said it would take a couple of days to get there. But I feel I can get quite a bit in so my question is what does it feel like to be full, I don't want to over eat...

Just eat slowly and your sleeve will let you know when it's enough, and trust me one or two spoonfuls more is TOO much and you will be miserable and in pain.

I am only 4 days post op but i have learned already if i eat to much my chest hurts so bad that i can't breathe and have to lie down. You will eventually know how many bites or how much it will take. I also still have 1 oz cups and i fill it up and eat slowly. I am usually good by the time i finish it. Good luck

Thank you I thought that was gas pain from swallowing air. Ok I know now. How are you getting your protein in? I always want water.
