scared to.death

Ok to all of the female patients. I went on the protein diet 2 weeks ago and started aunt flo right in the middle of it. I was down 9 lbs yesterday morning and now I am back up those 9 right after aunt flo left. Scared to death they will cancel my surgery Monday because of it.

    Call your surgeon's office Monday and ask about it. No reason to keep worrying if it won't be a problem.

    Did they require a certain percentage of loss? I'm sure the fair is temporary so hopefully it won't matter. Good luck!
