i believe the gas pain after surgery is do to them inserting air into the body cavity. that is painful and moving around and walking helps.. gas x helps with the gas in your belly not really painful b

What Frank says is right, the GAS that is inserted into your abdomen is NOT affected by GASX strips, you simply have to give it time, in fact only a few hours after surgery ALL the gas that was used (

Hi All,
I am getting sleeved on 12/17/2012 and I've been watching all the vsg journals on youtube and someone mentioned the Gas X strips helping wtih all of the gas after surgery. I bought some but I'm wondering if they will let me have it. It sounds like they don't really want you to drink or eat anything right after surgery, but I'm kind of nervous about this gas pain I've been hearing about. Just not knowing what to expect. Thanks in advance for your input:-)
