Unjury Unflavored
I like it because I can add it to almost anything so I would say yes. You just have to try and get creative with what you use it with. I did try it with crystal light yesterday and I could not finish it but I make a smoothie with the premiere protien shake, a scoop of unjury, kale, spinach and a tablespoon of peanut butter and it is delicious:-)

Unjury Unflavored
Its not sweet it has kind of a vitamin taste to it, but not a strong one. I sprinkle it on my food and put it in my morning smoothie:-)
-
and it is true! Protein
I use the unflavored Unjury which has 21 grams of protein and mix that with the Premiere Protein, which is 30 grams of protien. That is a total of 51 grams of protein. I add things such as Kale to my shake on some days, berries, peanut butter. This just changes up the flavor for me when I get bored. I bought an entire case of Isopure and can't stand the taste or the smell:-(

Anyone using a Fitbit?
I got myself one in December and I love it. I get updates on my phone via the fit bit app. If I have not reached my daily step goal it will say something like " you have 200 more steps to go!" I love getting the progress reports also via email. It gives you a snap shot of how you did that week. Ive tried the sleeping function and it works but I always forget to turn it on. Great Investment!

Fitbitt
I have one and it also calculates or monitors your sleep patterns. I can upload the information onto my phone, but I have not done that I just allow it to sync to my computer. I love it though. It gives me an idea of how I am doing throughout the day.

Any sleevers having surgery 12/17?
..I'm a 12/17 sleever as well. I'm doing okay just having a hard time telling the difference between head hunger and real hunger. I'm doing ok with sipping my liquids and not eating to fast. I'm also getting used to what this new "full" feeling is because it is definetly different from Pre sleeved.

Stressed about all the wrong things...
I have to admit the same thoughts have crossed my mind and when I start to worry about it I just remember that I already have a plan in place to do something about it and then it's just taking it one day at a time. I already have some apps and stuff on my phone to help me with my workouts and keeping track of my eating and as long as I'm doing what I'm supposed to I'm going to do my best not to worry about the end result. Make small goals along the way and I'm sure that will help as well. You got it girl:-)

Officially Post-Op now
It's great to hear your doing good! From what I heard the weight gain after surgery is usually due to all the fluids they give you. Please Continue to keep us posted...you are the losers bench now:-)

today is the first day!
Yes, I've been cooking meals here and there too. The first few days was the hardest because I wanted to taste what I was cooking, but after that it's gotten better. My boyfriend has been helping with the cooking duties too which helps a great deal. I'm able to have one salad a day so I save that salad for dinner so I can eat/chew something as the rest of the family eats.
