Or you may need more! You need to find the magic number for you. I wasn't losing at a lower cal level and my NUT upped it to 1000-1200, with only 20-30 carbs. That works for me. Good luck!!

So I am about 5 1/2 weeks post op and I have only lost 23 lbs...beginning to get frustrated. I'm only eating about 800 calories, and I am exercising almost everyday. I started at 241, 239 day of surgery and I'm only at 216 today. Not sure what I'm doing wrong? Anyone else out there losing slowly? Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks in advance
