Well I made it to one month! The journey has been a very happy one so far. I have struggled with stalls and trying to perfect the diet but all in all I couldn't be happier. Yesterday I went to Nordstrom's and Dillard's and was actually able to shop there! My "comfort jeans" were a 48 and this weekend I was cruzing around in 40's! I couldn't tell you the last time I was able to buy nice clothes! Here is a couple pic's from yesterday and a starter pic. I am down 30lbs since surgery and 70 since I began the journey. I just threw out a bunch of old Casual Male catalogs myself. It is nice to be paying high prices for style instead of square footage these days.
