I'm a slow loser...but a loser indeed! Never thought I'd be proud to call myself a loser! Ha! But you know what I mean. :)

Today 226.4. Not a full pound but I'm still losing, I am so happy with my sleeve. If I didn't have it I would have given up by now.

Oh my Goodness I think I have to revise my goal for this challenge:

I currently weigh 209.8 so my new goal for New Year's Day 2013 is to be well on my way into the 100's................................196 pounds!! Woohoo!!

So my goal is 196(second revision) and today I weigh 196.8!! I am going to revise my goal to 191.8!!! :D I can do it!!!!

I like it - I'm in!

Last update December 5 - 153.8

Revised goal to 148

Today, Dec. 17 - 149.4!

My loss is slowing down just a bit. Started Lil Miss Diva's Boot Camp yesterday to try to jump start the loss a bit and also get control of the carb monster.

Sleeved 12/8/12 at 229

Currently 12/17/12 at 215

1/1/13 200

I hope to be at goal on new years 2013

Start weight: 335

Surgery date: 7-2

Current weight: 217.5

Goal: 180

12-17-2012 : 202

Do not think 180 is possible by new year, but will try by exercising, exercising and exercising. Running is really melting off the weight and inches.

My goal for new years is under 200. Sw 255 sleeved 10/12/12. Cw 204. Going for under 200 1/1/13. Tough with all the food around parties. Others out there struggling with food during holidays?

@OneWritersSoul who are we to judge weight...LOL! We are all on here for support. I was very happy to see your numbers and to see how realistic your goal was by 1/1. Keep up the good work!

I'm in too Baby....

Heaviest Weight: 327

Sleeved 12-12-12 weighing: 300

Current Weight: 290

Goal by 1-1-2013: 275

I think my goal can be met and I'm ready for the challenge. Let's go Guys!!!!!!

@Fiddleman what are you doing to have so much success?!? You've dropped over 100lbs in 5 months. I'm hoping to have a similar effect now that I've just been sleeved. Wow!!!!

It was a combination of a lot of different things : drinking as much Water as comfortable, eating every 3 hours 2-3 oz Protein, eating when waking up, eating when going to bed, exercising every day ( walking at first until cleared by dr, elliptical on and off for a few months and now running and lifting in last couple weeks), not cheating ( ever), eating as low carb as possible, not stressing ( getting into the zen of sleeve), sleeping 7-8 hours a night ( was not always able to do this), reading VST every day looking for hints and advice, etc. you can do it. I had my fair share of stalls along the way, average time about a week. The first one was long, about 3 weeks. Don't give up everyone! The prize is there for everyone.
