None for me either.

I did see one but don't remember the thread. I had searched complications or leaks in the forums. Someone had a list of all complications and i recall seeing a death.

I'm dead.

I remember one from South America, possibly Brazil. I believe the poster's mother died from surgery complications. This post happened sometime in the past 3 months.

Just FYI, the rate of death from the sleeve surgery is less than 1/2 a %.

Im sure it happens! Bariatric patients by the nature of Obesity, Hypertension, Diabetes and ALL the other co-morbidities and health complications ARE THE HIGHEST SURGICAL RISKS . It is just a fact. The fact it doesnt happen more, the complications are higher is amazing!!

Sleeve Convert you are so correct, I agree 100%. My life and health is so much better with the sleeve.

I ended up with some complications and but, the risk of staying obese was way scarier. Even being unlucky with a blood clots I would still have my surgery in a minute.

I read one how a lady said her friend passed in Mexico she never said which Dr.
